Suggest a case or correction
You can contact us to:
- suggest a city initiative that is missing
- flag an inaccurate or outdated record
- provide a stronger, newer or conflicting source
- suggest an improvement to an existing record
The email opens with a short template covering the city or location, the record title, the Case ID and page URL where applicable, what should be added or corrected, a relevant source link, and your name and organisation.
Share feedback
We welcome feedback on the website and Evidence Finder, including:
- search terms or filters that would be useful
- features or information that are missing
- problems using the search, map or case pages
- examples of how the Finder has been useful
- general suggestions for improvement
The email opens with a short template covering what you were trying to find or do, what worked well, what could be improved, any search term, filter or feature you would add, other comments, and your name and organisation.
What happens to suggestions
Suggestions and corrections are checked before any change is made. Submission does not guarantee that a record or suggested change will be published.
Personal information submitted by email will be used to respond to your message and, where relevant, to assess and improve the evidence base. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information.
